I have had many funny conversations with teenagers as I am perennially surrounded by them. But a recent one made me blog about it.
Teenager was apparently on the computer with a note pad in hand , when I walked in.
Me : What are you doing?
Teen gives me a sheepish grin and I walk out.Then, I give into my curiosity and
walk into the room again.

Me : Are you watching porn?
Teen : No. I am doing something else.
Me : I thought you were watching porn and taking notes! :p
Teen : What? Wait. Do you watch porn?
I smile.
Teen : You're smiling , then you do watch!
Me : I read sweetheart. Trust me you've no idea about romance novels.
Teen : What's porn with no visuals?
Me: When you read it's romance , tears and strong emotion and passion.
Teen: Nothing to beat visuals.
Me: Alright. That's enough. Remember whom you're talking to.
Teen: Okay.
As I turn to leave the room,
Teen: By the way , I don't watch porn. I don't do all that.
Me: (Rolling my eyes and laughing) Yeah Right. I know.
Teen: Nothing to beat visuals.
Me: Alright. That's enough. Remember whom you're talking to.
Teen: Okay.
As I turn to leave the room,

note pad & porn? now thats something to note about :P
ReplyDeleteActually the kid was using the note pad was for some Homework. But I went ahead and asked him whether he was watching porn and taking notes ;)
